摘　　要：目的探讨紫草油涂擦联合护理干预在气压止血带引起的皮肤损伤中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年4月泉州市正骨医院收治的骨折术后气压止血带引起皮肤损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上予以紫草油涂擦,比较两组患者舒适度以及生活质量评分的差异性,并评价干预的效果与满意度情况。结果观察组干预后总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者舒适度各指标评分高于对照组,生活质量各指标评分以及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对气压止血带引起的皮肤损伤患者予以紫草油涂擦联合护理干预效果显著,可有效提高其舒适度以及生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of lithospermum oil rubbing combined with nursing intervention in skin injury caused by pneumatic tourniquet.Methods A total of 60 patients with skin injury caused by pneumatic tourniquet after fracture surgery were selected from July 2023 to April 2024 in Quanzhou Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given lithospermum oil on the basis of the control group.The differences of comfort and quality of life scores between the two groups were compared,and the effect of intervention and patient satisfaction were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort index scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the quality of life index score and total score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of lithospermum oil rubbing combined with nursing intervention on patients with skin injury caused by pneumatic tourniquet is significant,which can effectively improve their comfort and quality of life.
