王金权教授基于“治未病”论治滑胎“三步疗法”经验撷英

摘　　要：文章深入总结了王金权教授投身于中医妇产科领域五十余载中在孕育方面所积累和提炼出的调经、种子、安胎等一系列行之有效的诊疗思路与丰富经验,有力地论证王金权教授在滑胎这一病症方面的特色诊疗路径和方法。王金权教授在应对滑胎问题时首先将目光聚焦于调经环节,因为他深谙中医治未病中“防微杜渐、欲病救萌”的深刻道理。王教授巧妙地将这一理念与“孕前预培其损”的策略相结合,就像为一颗种子提前准备肥沃的土壤。“备孕期循期取候”也是王教授疗法中的关键一环,他会密切关注女性在备孕期间的生理周期变化,准确把握受孕的最佳时机。而“孕后安胎固母”则是整个诊疗过程的重要保障。一旦受孕成功,王教授会根据孕妇的具体情况制定个性化的安胎方案,确保胎儿稳固生长,母体健康安全。王金权教授按照“孕前预培其损”“备孕期循期取候”“孕后安胎固母”这三步疗法步步为营,环环相扣,成功辨治滑胎。This paper summarizes in depth a series of effective diagnosis and treatment ideas and rich experience accumulated and refined by Professor WANG Jinquan in the field of obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 50 years,such as menstrual regulation,facilitating pregnancy,and fetal security,so as to effectively demonstrate Professor WANG Jinquan’s unique characteristic diagnosis and treatment path and methods in the disease of habitual abortion.When dealing with the problem of habitual abortion,Professor WANG Jinquan first focuses on the menstrual adjustment link,because he is well versed in the profound truth of“preventing the slightest problem and intervening at the germination stage”in the treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor WANG skillfully combines this concept with the strategy of“pre-cultivation before pregnancy”,which is like preparing fertile soil for a seed in advance.At the same time,“waiting for pregnancy timing”is also a key part of Professor WANG’s therapy,and he pay close attention to the changes in a woman’s menstrual cycle during the preparation for pregnancy,so as to accurately grasp the best time to conceive.“stabling fetus and strengthening gestational women”is an important guarantee for the entire diagnosis and treatment process.Once the conception is successful,Professor WANG will formulate a personalized fetal safety plan according to the specific situation of the pregnant woman to ensure the stable growth of the fetus and the health and safety of the pregnant woman.Professor WANG Jinquan is in accordance with the three-step therapy of“pre-cultivation before pregnancy”,“waiting for pregnancy timing”,and“stabling fetus and strengthening gestational women”,step by step,interlocking,and successfully identifying and treating habitual abortion.
