摘  要:三坐标测量机是一种广泛应用的几何量测量仪器,准确评定其测量结果的不确定度,对于提升测量结果的可靠性具有重要意义。文章参照三坐标测量机校准规范,根据三坐标测量机尺寸测量建立数学模型,分析了测量过程中的不确定度来源,包括示值误差、测量重复性、测量温度和单探针形状。当轴承外圈直径为200 mm时,通过计算得出其扩展不确定度U=0.0059 mm,以期为相关研究提供参考。The coordinate measuring machine is a widely used geometric measuring instrument,and it is of great significance to accurately evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results for improving the reliability of the measurement results.With reference to the coordinate measuring machine calibration specification,this paper establishes a mathematical model according to the size measurement of coordinate measuring machine,and analyzes the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process,including indicating value error,measurement repeatability,measurement temperature and single probe shape.When the outer ring diameter of the bearing is 200 mm,the expanded uncertainty U=0.0059 mm is obtained by calculation,hoping to provide reference for related research.
