摘 要:文章通过分析某煤矿综采工作面的工程概况,确定了顶板安全跨度和巷道受力情况。采用Midas GTS NX有限元软件模拟不同切割工艺路径下的巷道应力和变形情况。结果表明,自下而上的蛇形切割工艺能有效减小巷道变形量和应力集中,增强巷道的稳定性。在实际应用中,引入蛇形切割工艺和机载临时支护方案后,掘进进度从71 m/月提升至89 m/月,巷道稳定系数从1.5增加至1.9,显著提升了掘进效率和安全性。By analyzing the engineering situation of fully mechanized mining face in a coal mine,the roof safety span and roadway stress are determined.Midas GTS NX finite element software is used to simulate the stress and deformation of roadway under different cutting technical paths.The results show that the bottom-up serpentine cutting technology can effectively reduce the deformation and stress concentration of the roadway and enhance its stability.In practical application,after the introduction of serpentine cutting technology and machine-mounted temporary support scheme,the excavation progress is increased from 71 m/month to 89 m/month,and the roadway stability coefficient is increased from 1.5 to 1.9,which significantly improves the excavation efficiency and safety.
