摘  要:厚煤层巷道掘进是煤炭生产的重要部分,也是巷道掘进的难点,通常会遇到掘进稳定性差、掘进效率低等问题。为此,文章对厚煤层掘进工艺及存在的问题进行了分析,并从缩短时间、衔接工序和优化作业三个方面入手,对掘进工艺进行优化。通过工业性试验验证了优化后厚煤层掘进工艺的稳定性与安全性,为后续厚煤层掘进奠定了基础。Roadway excavation in thick coal seam is an important part of coal production and is also the difficulty of roadway excavation,which usually encounters problems such as poor excavation stability and low excavation efficiency.For this reason,this paper analyzes the excavation technology in thick coal seam and existing problems,and optimizes the excavation technology from three aspects:shortening time,connecting procedure and optimizing operation.The stability and safety of the optimized excavation technology in thick coal seam are verified by industrial tests,which lays a foundation for the subsequent thick coal seam excavation.
