综采工作面辅运顺槽底板硬化工艺研究

摘  要:为确保辅运顺槽施工质量,应积极开展底板硬化工艺。文章以某煤矿综采工作面为研究对象,分析该工作面辅运顺槽底板变形的原因,并对其应用底板硬化工艺,做好巷道底板处理、混凝土制备、混凝土输送及摊铺、试验段性能测试等工作,旨在提高综采工作面顺槽施工质量,为相关从业人员提供参考。In order to ensure the construction quality of auxiliary transport roadway,the bottom plate hardening process should be actively carried out.Taking the fully mechanized mining face of a coal mine as the research object,this paper analyzes the causes for the deformation of the bottom plate of the auxiliary transport roadway in the working face,and applies the bottom plate hardening process to do a good job in the roadway bottom plate treatment,concrete preparation,concrete transportation and paving,performance testing of the test section,etc.,in order to improve the construction quality of the roadway in the fully mechanized mining face and provide reference for relevant practitioners.
