摘 要:文章针对煤矿岩巷掘进复杂多变的地质条件和施工需求,阐述了全断面隧道掘进机(tunnel boring machine,TBM)的工作原理、结构组成和工艺特点,并通过实际案例,分析其在煤矿岩巷掘进中的应用效果。研究发现,TBM在掘进速度、施工安全性、企业效益等方面均表现出显著的应用优势。同时,由于TBM在使用中面临地质条件复杂、设备维护成本高、对操作人员技术水平要求高等问题,提出了相应的解决方案和优化建议,旨在进一步推动TBM在煤矿岩巷掘进中的广泛应用,为类似工程提供参考。In view of the complex and varied geological conditions and construction requirements of coal mine rock roadway excavation,this paper expounds the working principle,structural composition and technological characteristics of full face tunnel boring machine(TBM),and analyzes its application effect in coal mine rock roadway excavation through practical cases.It is found that TBM has significant application advantages in excavation speed,construction safety and enterprise benefi ts.At the same time,due to the complex geological conditions,high equipment maintenance costs,and high technical requirements for operators in the use of TBM,corresponding solutions and optimization suggestions are proposed,aiming to further promote the wide application of TBM in coal mine rock roadway excavation,and provide reference for similar engineering.
