摘　　要：文章以港澳码头站东莞市城市轨道交通2号线三期工程为例,阐述冲击钻机成槽施工的关键步骤,包括测量定位及导墙检查、冲击钻机就位及泥浆注入、冲击成槽及孔位控制、槽段深度及槽壁垂直度调整、清孔与换浆,并深入分析液压抓斗成槽机成槽施工工艺,包括成槽机选择及工作原理、成槽垂直度与平面位置控制、单元槽段挖掘、成槽质量标准验收,以期为类似地下连续墙工程施工提供参考。Taking HK-Macao Ferry Terminal on Dongguan urban rail transit line 2 phase Ⅲ engineering as an example,this paper expounds the key steps of trenching construction of percussion drill,including measurement and positioning,guide wall inspection,percussion drill positioning and mud injection,percussion trenching and hole position control,trench section depth and trench wall verticality adjustment,hole cleaning and slurry replacement,and deeply analyzes the trenching construction technology of hydraulic grab trenching machine,including trenching machine selection and working principle,trenching verticality and plane position control,unit trench section excavation,trenching quality standard acceptance,in order to provide reference for similar underground continuous wall engineering construction.
