摘 要:文章通过分析厚硬顶板对大采高工作面煤壁稳定性的影响,提出厚硬砂岩顶板超前预裂方案,以实现对顶板断裂距离的有效管理,增强煤壁结构的稳定性。运用离散元分析软件UDEC构建数值模拟模型,并观测数据,分析切顶效果。研究结果显示,超前预裂切顶技术能有效减少煤壁片帮的次数和深度,在工作面初次来压期间,液压支架的工作阻力变化明显,上部区域的支架阻力受影响最大,进而为增强煤壁稳定性和保障安全开采提供了有力支持。By analyzing the influence of thick and hard roof plate on the stability of coal wall in high mining face,this paper puts forward the advanced pre-splitting scheme of thick and hard sandstone roof plate,so as to realize the effective management of roof plate fracture distance and enhance the stability of coal wall structure.The discrete element analysis software UDEC is used to construct the numerical simulation model,and the data are observed to analyze the roof cutting effect.The results show that the advanced pre-splitting and roof-cutting technology can effectively reduce the number and depth of coal wall spalling;during the initial pressure coming from the working face,the working resistance of the hydraulic support changes significantly,and the support resistance in the upper area is the most affected,which provides strong support for enhancing the stability of the coal wall and guaranteeing the safety of mining.
