复杂环境多风险源条件下的盾构选型研究

摘  要:为降低复杂环境多风险源条件下的地铁盾构施工安全风险,文章依托武汉地铁12号线双墩站—黄海路站区间工程,开展盾构选型分析及针对性设计。文章首先分析了该工程施工面临的风险点,然后从刀盘刀具须耐磨、预防喷涌及耐高水压、精确土压力控制、具备良好的渣土改良系统等方面着手,分析了盾构设备选型要求,最后介绍了刀具配置、刀盘系统设计、螺旋输送机设计、盾尾密封设计、渣土改良、土仓压力控制系统设计等方面的要点,以期为类似项目提供参考。In order to reduce the safety risk of subway shield construction under the condition of complex environment and multiple risk sources,this paper relies on the interval engineering from Shuangdun Station to Huanghai Road Station on Wuhan Metro Line 12 to carry out shield selection analysis and targeted design.It first analyzes the risk points faced by the engineering construction,then analyzes the selection requirements of shield equipment from the aspects of wear resistance of cutterhead and cutter,prevention of gushing and high water pressure resistance,accurate earth pressure control,and good muck improvement system,and finally introduces the key points of cutter configuration,cutterhead system design,screw conveyor design,shield tail sealing design,muck improvement,and soil chamber pressure control system design,in order to provide reference for similar projects.
