摘  要:文章分析了钻爆法、回旋钻、潜孔锤、冲击钻、旋挖钻等工艺工法,通过对比不同工艺工法的优缺点,选择适合项目需求的旋挖钻和冲击钻工艺进行硬质岩层桩基施工。在岩层分布广泛且硬度较大的区域,选择旋挖钻机械设备进行施工;在喀斯特发育的区域条件下,选择冲击钻机械设备进行施工,进而对硬质岩层施工过程中的旋挖钻和冲击钻施工工艺提出改进措施。This paper analyzes the drilling and blasting method,rotary drilling,down-the-hole hammer,percussive drilling,rotary digging drilling and other processes and methods.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different processes and methods,the rotary digging drilling and percussive drilling processes suitable for the project requirements are selected for the construction of hard rock pile foundation.In the area where the rock layer is widely distributed and the hardness is large,the rotary digging drilling mechanical equipment is selected for construction;under the regional conditions of karst development,the percussive drilling mechanical equipment is selected for construction,and then the improvement measures are put forward for the construction processes of rotary digging drilling and percussive drilling in the construction process of hard rock layer.
