摘　　要：大直径泥水平衡盾构机刀具选型配置对盾构工程起到至关重要的作用。大直径盾构刀盘刀具的线速度快,从而增加了刀具磨损率,文章结合泥水盾构刀具的主要磨损形式,考虑掘进过程中的推力及扭矩等因素,对刀具进行专项加强设计,尽量达到中砂地层一次性掘进完成不换刀的目的,减少中途带压换刀风险及施工成本。结合具体的隧道施工项目,讲述中心鱼尾刀、高层贝壳刀、低层贝壳刀和切刮刀的配置及作用,分析刀具配置过程中存在的问题及解决方法,以期为相关研究提供参考。The cutter selection and configuration of large-diameter slurry balance shield machine plays an important role in shield engineering.The linear velocity of cutterhead and cutter of large-diameter shield is fast,which increases the wear rate of cutter.In this paper,combined with the main wear form of slurry shield cutter,considering the factors such as thrust and torque in the process of excavation,the cutter is specially designed for strengthening,so as to achieve the purpose of onetime tunneling of medium sand stratum without cutter change,reduce the risk of cutter change under pressure and construction cost.Combined with the specific tunnel construction project,the configuration and function of the central fishtail cutter,the high-rise shell cutter,the low-rise shell cutter and the scraping cutter are described,and the problems and solutions in the cutter configuration process are analyzed,in order to provide reference for related research.
