大直径盾构常压刀盘中心锥安全风险及处置措施分析

摘  要:随着城市化进程的不断加快,地下空间得到有效利用,越来越多的大直径盾构应用于城市地铁、铁路、公路等基础设施建设。文章主要分析了常压刀盘常压刀筒退回、常压闸门失效、冲刷泥浆管路磨损或爆管、中心锥进浆等安全风险,深入剖析了风险产生的原因,提出针对性的预防措施,以期为类似常压刀盘盾构施工提供参考。With the continuous acceleration of urbanization,underground space has been effectively utilized,and more and more large-diameter shields are used in infrastructure construction such as urban subways,railways,highways.This paper mainly analyzes the safety risks such as the return of the atmospheric pressure cutter barrel,the failure of the atmospheric pressure gate,the wear and tear or bursting of the slurry scouring pipeline,and the slurry ingress into the center cone for atmospheric pressure cutterhead,then analyzes causes of the risks in depth,and puts forward targeted preventive measures,in order to provide reference for the construction of similar atmospheric pressure cutterhead shield.
