摘　　要：在“两个大局”背景下,“不同文明之间如何交往”已成为全世界共同关注的时代课题。新时代文明互鉴观是马克思主义文明交往理论的当代表现,是在破解“不同文明之间如何交往”的文明之问下生成的。它的生成具有深刻的内在逻辑,以马克思主义文明交往理论为理论基础、以中华优秀传统文化为历史根脉、以科学技术迭代更新为实践基石、以“两个大局”相互交织为现实境遇。其内涵要旨丰富,平等尊重是文明互鉴的先决条件、多元多样是文明互鉴的重要基础、互学互鉴是文明互鉴的正确态度、开放包容是文明互鉴的内驱动力。把握践行新时代文明互鉴观,必须弘扬中华优秀传统文化、利用多样化数字技术、构建平等包容的网络空间、加强国际人文交流合作,从而增强文明互鉴自信底气、丰富文明互鉴对话方式、拓宽文明互鉴融通场域、强化文明互鉴发展深度。Under the background of“two overall situations”,“how to communicate among different civilizations”has be⁃come a common concern of the world.The concept of mutual learning among civilizations in the new era is the contemporary ex⁃pression of the Marxist theory of civilization exchanges,which is generated under the question of“how to communicate among dif⁃ferent civilizations”.Its formation has a profound internal logic,based on the theory of Marxist civilization exchange,with the ex⁃cellent traditional Chinese culture as the historical root,with the iteration and renewal of science and technology as the practical cornerstone,and with the interweaving of“two overall situations”as the reality.Equality and respect is a prerequisite for mutual learning among civilizations,diversity is an important foundation for mutual learning among civilizations,mutual learning is the right attitude toward mutual learning among civilizations,and openness and inclusiveness is the internal driving force for mutual learning among civilizations.To realize the vision of mutual learning among civilizations in the new era,we must carry forward the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation,make use of diversified digital technologies,build an equal and inclusive cyber⁃space,and strengthen international people-to-people and cultural exchanges and cooperation,so as to enhance the confidence of mutual learning among civilizations,enrich the ways of dialogue,expand the fields of mutual learning and enhance the depth of development of mutual learning among civilizations.
