摘　　要：临床医学硕士专业学位教育与住院医师规范化培训是医学生强化专业知识和掌握临床实践技能的重要阶段,在医学终生教育中具有承前启后的重要作用。然而,卓越的医学人才不仅体现在知识和技能方面,更体现在深厚的人文关怀、高尚的医德医风、热烈的爱国情怀和维护人类健康的价值追求方面。文章以眼科专业型硕士研究生为对象,以眼科学教学为基础,全方位挖掘思政元素,构建“六位一体”的课程思政教学内容,主要涵盖爱国主义情怀、社会责任感、眼健康规划理念、爱岗敬业、医学人文精神和大师成长道路方面。通过“润物无声”的方式将其融入眼科学课程教学和住院医师规范化培训的各环节、各方面,旨在培养全面发展的眼科学人才,为社会输送高素质的眼科医生。The professional degree education of clinical medicine master and the standardized training of resident doctors are important stages for medical students to strengthen professional knowledge and master clinical practice skills,and play an important role in lifelong medical education.However,outstanding medical talents are not only reflected in knowledge and skills,but also in profound humanistic care,noble medical ethics,warm patriotic feelings,and the value pursuit of safeguarding human health.Based on ophthalmology teaching,this paper will explore ideological and political elements in an all-round way,and construct the“six in one”course ideological and political teaching content,which mainly covers patriotism,social responsibility,eye health planning concept,love and dedication,medical humanistic spirit,and the growth path of masters.It is integrated into all links and aspects of ophthalmology course teaching and standardized training of resident doctors through the way of“moisten things silently”,aiming at cultivating well-developed ophthalmology talents and providing high-quality ophthalmologists for the society.
