摘 要:目的探讨人工智能辅助计算机断层扫描血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)阅片在神经外科颅内动脉瘤诊断教学中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月―2023年6月在武汉大学人民医院神经外科参加住院医师规范化培训的64名学员,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各32名。对照组采用传统的多媒体教学和影像学阅片,试验组在传统教学方式的基础上组织学员运用人工智能CTA诊断系统进行教学。教学结束后,对2组学员进行理论考试和无记名问卷调查,以评价“人工智能辅助CTA阅片”在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的教学效果。结果试验组住培学员的理论考试总成绩为(81.78±7.53)分,高于对照组住培学员的理论考试总成绩[(70.66±8.89)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。在基本知识和影像判读2种题型中,试验组住培学员的成绩均高于对照组[(33.69±5.18)分vs.(29.88±4.28)分,(48.09±6.21)分vs.(40.78±6.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,问卷调查结果显示,在教学反馈评价调查比较中,试验组住培学员在教学满意度、学习兴趣提升度、教学启发性和教学效果的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在神经外科住院医师规范化培训中,应用人工智能辅助CTA阅片进行颅内动脉瘤的诊断教学,能提高教学效果和学员的教学满意度。Objective To investigate the application of artificial intelligence(AI)-assisted computed tomography angiography(CTA)image reading in the teaching of intracranial aneurysm diagnosis in neurosurgery.Methods From March 2022 to June 2023,a total of 64 trainees who participated in the standardized training of resident physicians in the department of neurosurgery of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were selected,and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 32 trainees in each group.The control group used traditional multimedia teaching and image review,while the experimental group,in addition to traditional teaching,organized trainees to use an AI-assisted CTA diagnostic system for teaching.After the teaching,both groups of trainees were subjected to theoretical examinations and anonymous questionnaire surveys to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of AI-assisted CTA image reading in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Results The total score of the theoretical examination for the trainees in the experimental group was(81.78±7.53)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(70.66±8.89)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In both types of questions,basic knowledge and image interpretation,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(33.69±5.18)points vs.(29.88±4.28)points,(48.09±6.21)points vs.(40.78±6.98)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the results of the questionnaire survey showed that in the comparison of teaching feedback evaluation,the score of teaching satisfaction,increased interest in learning,teaching inspiration and teaching effectiveness of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion In the standardized training of neurosurgery residents,the application of AI-assisted CTA image reading in the diagnostic teaching of intracranial aneurysms signif
