摘　　要：课程是人才培养的核心要素,是教育的微观表现,但解决的是最根本的问题。《妇产科学》是医学生最重要的临床必修课之一,文章在分析《妇产科学》课程内容特点的基础上,依照《教育部关于一流本科课程建设的实施意见》,介绍了新疆医科大学第一临床医学院的妇产科学教学团队在妇产科学国家级一流本科课程建设中的具体改革措施及初步成效,其中包括课程思政建设、课程内容建设、网络平台建设,师资队伍建设,以及教学模式改革、教学方法创新、评价体系探索,体现了课程团队坚持“两性一度”的标准,坚持以学生为中心、以产出为导向、持续改进的理念,以期为相关学科的一流本科课程建设及教育教学改革提供参考。Curriculum is the core element of talent training,is the micro manifestation of education,but it solves the most fundamental problem.Obstetrics and Gynecology is one of the most important clinical compulsory courses for medical students.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Obstetrics and Gynecology course content and the Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Education on the Construction of First-Class Undergraduate Courses,this paper introduces the specific reform measures and initial results of the obstetrics and gynecology teaching team of the First Clinical Medicine College of Xinjiang Medical University in the construction of state-level first-class undergraduate courses in obstetrics and gynecology.It includes curriculum ideological and political construction,curriculum content construction,network platform construction,teacher team construction,teaching mode reform,teaching method innovation,and evaluation system exploration,which reflects the curriculum team’s adherence to the standards of“advanced,innovative,and challenging”and the concept of student-centered,result-oriented and continuous improvement.In order to provide reference for the construction of first-class undergraduate courses and the reform of education and teaching in related disciplines.
