摘 要:目的评估人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)辅助教学模式在中医院校影像教学中脑出血中应用的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月在南京中医药大学附属医院放射科实习的60名本科生,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组30名。对照组采用传统教学,试验组采用“颅内出血CT影像辅助分诊软件”辅助教学。通过阅片考试和问卷调查,对比实习结束后2组学生的阅片技能、影像分析及教学满意度。结果试验组的诊断报告质量成绩[(91.00±0.73)分]高于对照组[(83.90±2.25)分],诊断报告书写时间[(6.41±1.08)min]短于对照组[(12.39±1.47)min],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组影像分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AI辅助教学模式,不仅有助于提升学生的综合能力,同时也在学生的影像思维能力的培养上发挥着重要作用,也有利于提高教学的质量和效率。Objective To estimate the performance of artificial intelligence(AI)assisted teaching mode in cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 60 students who practiced in the radiology department of Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group received traditional teaching way,while the experimental group used“CT image assisted triage software for intracranial hemorrhage”for auxiliary teaching.Through the film reading test and questionnaire survey,the film reading skills,image analysis and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students after the internship were compared.Results In comparison with the control group,diagnostic report quality score[(91.00±0.73)points]was higher than the experimental group[(83.90±2.25)points],and the time of writing the diagnostic report[(6.41±1.08)min]was shorter than the control group[(12.39±1.47)min],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The image analysis scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The AI-assisted teaching mode is not only conducive to improving students’comprehensive ability,but also plays an important role in the cultivation of film reading thinking ability,and also can enhance the quality and efficiency of teaching.
