摘 要:针对某些铸造式板簧托会造成前轴管整体强度减弱的问题,通过对某种铸造式板簧托及冲压式板簧托的前桥进行有限元强度分析,得出了2种结构板簧托对前轴管应力的影响,进而得出此种铸造式板簧托前轴存在的问题在于焊接位置导致的前轴管局部受力集中。为进一步解决问题,提出了铸造式板簧托焊接位置及方式改为冲压式板簧托焊接结构,并对改进后的前轴管应力进行对比,得出2种结构应力结果基本吻合。To address the issue of reduced overall strength of the front axle tube caused by certain cast leaf spring supports,finite element strength analysis was conducted on the front axle of certain cast leaf spring supports and stamped leaf spring supports.The effect of two kinds of plate spring supports on the stress of the front axle tube was obtained,and the existing problems of the casting type leaf spring support front axle was the welding position of the leaf spring support causes stress concentration in the front axle tube.In order to solve the problem,the improvement scheme was changed the casting type leaf spring support welding position and method to the stamping type leaf spring support welding structure.The results of the two structural stress analyses were basically consistent after the stress of the improved front axle tube was compared.
