摘 要:针对传统刚度分析方法在滑板底盘设计开发初期难以快速分析出变截面门槛梁弯曲刚度,以及刚度分析结果未达到设计目标值时优化方向不确定的问题,提出一种数值法与解析法相结合的半解析法并指明了优化方向。通过半解析法求得变截面门槛梁的弯曲刚度值,经分析可知其能够达到设计开发目标;利用有限元软件建模验证半解析法的准确性,结果表明误差在可接受范围内,证实了半解析法的有效性和可行性;提出了在设计允许范围内减小长度或增加截面惯性矩的优化建议,用以指导设计人员提升门槛梁的弯曲刚度,进一步优化车辆性能。In the face of the challenge that the traditional stiffness analysis method is difficult to quickly analyze the bending stiffness of the threshold beam with variable section in the initial stage of the design and development of the slide chassis,and considering the problem that the optimization direction was uncertain when the stiffness analysis results do not reach the design target value,a semi-analytical method combining numerical method and analytical method was proposed,and the optimization direction was pointed out.Firstly,the bending stiffness of the threshold beam with variable section was obtained by semi-analytic method.Secondly,the accuracy of the semianalytical method was verified by finite element software modeling,and the results showed that the error was within the acceptable range,which confirmed the validity and feasibility of the semi-analytical method.Finally,the optimization suggestions of reducing the length or increasing the section inertia moment within the allowable range of the design were put forward to guide the designers to improve the bending stiffness of the threshold beam and further optimized the vehicle performance.
