摘 要:针对当前南京地铁列车洗车机自动化水平较低及人力资源成本过高的问题,提出了一种无人值守全自动洗车机改造方案。该方案通过升级硬件与软件系统、优化控制算法以及引入电客车车号图像自动识别装置等措施来全面改进南京地铁现有列车洗车机。改造后的列车洗车机能实现完全自动化操作,无需现场人员值守,不仅能够提高洗车效率,还能大幅降低人力成本,较好地满足了现代城市轨道交通降低成本与提高效率的需求。In response to the low automation level and high human resource costs of metro car washing machines in Nanjing Metro,a transformation plan for unmanned fully automatic metro car washing machines has been proposed.This plan comprehensively improves the existing metro car washing machines of Nanjing Metro by upgrading hardware and software systems,optimizing control algorithms,and introducing automatic recognition devices for metro car number images.The renovated metro car washing machine can achieve fully automated operation without the need for on-site personnel,which not only improves washing efficiency but also significantly reduces labor costs,meeting the needs of modern urban rail transit to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
