摘　　要：在分析我国焦炉大型化发展历程及趋势的基础上,介绍了梗阳新能源7 m顶装焦炉项目的设计理念及备煤、炼焦、干熄焦、煤气净化等工艺单元的技术方案选择及优化。详述了电捕自清洁、粗苯负压蒸馏、上升管余热回收、变频电机、电化学水处理、钙基干法脱硫、烟气回配外循环、CPS-NP炭化室压力调节系统等一大批智能化/智慧化、节能增效、环保新技术在6座7 m顶装焦炉的创新与应用实践。最后介绍了梗阳新能源与相关科研单位、高校等合作开展的新技术研发及储备。Based on analyzing the development progress and trend of large-scale coke ovens in China,the design concept of the 7 m top-charging coke oven project of Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.was introduced,including the technical scheme selection and optimization of such process units as coal preparation,coking,dry quenching and gas purification.In addition,the innovation and application of a group of intelligent,energy-saving and efficiency-enhancing,and environment friendly new technologies applied to six 7 m top-charging coke ovens were described in detail,such as the electric precipitator self-cleaning,crude benzene negative pressure distillation,riser waste heat recovery,variable frequency motor,electrochemical water treatment,calcium-based dry desulfurization,flue gas recirculation,CPS-NP carbonization chamber pressure regulation system,etc.Finally,the cooperation between Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.and related research institutions and universities was introduced,including new technology development and reserve.
