摘　　要：近年来焦炉煤气净化技术取得了充分的发展和更新。介绍了近几年来国内焦炉煤气净化的新工艺、新设备,比较分析了几种典型新工艺、新设备的优缺点及需要在实际生产中解决的问题,重点就冷鼓工序与焦炉煤气脱硫液、气制酸工序的技术更新和替代进行了阐述,并分析了塔顶气相热泵精馏技术在蒸氨生产的应用和蒸汽式富油加热器替代管式炉加热富油脱苯工艺的应用,以期为国内焦化企业技术更新、设备更替、转型提升提供更多的选择和参考。In recent years,the purification technology of coke oven gas has had full development and upgrade.The typical new process and equipment for purifying coke oven gas in the domestic coking industry in recent years were introduced.Their advantages and disadvantages as well as issues to be solved during the actual production were compared and analyzed.The focus was on the technological upgrade and replacement of the cold drum process,coke oven gas desulfurization liquid and gas to acid process.Also,the analysis was made on the application of tower top gas-phase heat pump distillation technology in ammonia production and the use of steam type rich oil heater instead of tube furnace to heat rich oil for benzene removal,in order to provide more choices and references for the technological upgrade,equipment replacement,and transformation and improvement of domestic coking enterprises.
