摘 要:简述了梗阳新能源一期项目5台电捕焦油器运行状况及存在的问题,以客观实际和生产数据为依托,采用襄阳九鼎相关技术对电捕进行了数字化和智能化升级改造。此次改造增加了若干数据采集点,多项先进装置、关键技术和智能运维服务平台得以进一步研究与应用。改造后的生产运行结果表明:2024年5月鼓风机后煤气中含焦油和灰尘质量浓度均值为4.86 mg/m^(3),远低于2023年均值9.68 mg/m^(3),电捕运行电压稳定在40 kV~55 kV、电流稳定在800 mA左右,煤气进鼓风机温度也基本稳定,提高了电捕工作效率,提升了电捕与配煤调整、煤气量大小的适配性能,既保证了安全生产的连续性和稳定性,又取得了一定的节能降耗增效效果。The operation status and existing problems of the five electric tar precipitators in the Phase I Project of Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.were briefly described.Based on the actual situation and production data,the digital and intelligent upgrade and transformation of the electric tar precipitators were carried out using relevant technologies from Xiangyang Jiuding.During the renovation,several data collection points were added,leading to further research and application of multiple advanced devices,key technologies,and intelligent operation and maintenance service platform.The production operation results after the transformation showed that the average tar and dust content in the gas after the blower was 4.86 mg/m^(3) in May 2024,much lower than that of 2023,which was 9.68 mg/m^(3).The operating voltage of the electric precipitator was stable at 40 kV-55 kV,the current was stable at around 800 mA,and the gas temperature at the blower inlet was also basically stable.This transformation not only increased the efficiency of electric precipitator,but also improved the adaptability of electric precipitator to coal blending adjustment and gas volume.It ensured the continuity and stability of the safe production and achieved certain energy saving,consumption reduction and efficiency improvement.
