摘　　要：小焦炉试验的准确性对于大型焦炉的生产具有至关重要的影响。提高小焦炉试验与大型焦炉生产的相关性有助于更准确地预测焦炭质量,优化配煤方案,降低生产成本并提高生产效率。介绍了小焦炉试验的重要性、应用价值,概述了小焦炉试验的原理、工艺流程,通过具体方案进行了小焦炉试验焦炭与大型生产焦炉焦炭指标的关联性分析,研究结果可供相关生产企业参考。The accuracy of small coke oven test has a crucial impact on the production of large-scale coke oven.Improving the correlation between small coke oven test and large-scale coke oven production could help predict the coke quality more accurately,optimize the coal blending scheme,reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency.The importance and application value of small coke oven test were introduced,the principle and process flow of small coke oven test were summarized,and the parameter correlation between small coke oven test coke and large-scale production coke oven coke was analyzed through the specific scheme.The research results could provide references for relevant production enterprises.
