摘  要:原料沥青是调控可纺中间相沥青组成与结构的关键。以精制煤沥青为原料,通过控制沥青的聚合度和轻组分脱除,制备不同原料组成和结构的可纺中间相沥青。利用偏光显微镜、毛细管流变仪、红外光谱、X射线衍射仪和拉曼光谱对中间相沥青的性能进行分析,采用扫描电镜观察中间相沥青基炭纤维的截面结构。结果表明:随着聚合程度加深,获得中间相沥青的中间相含量升高、收率逐渐增加且软化点升高。优化条件下制备的中间相沥青具有100%中间相含量、广域型光学纹理、高芳构化程度。控制沥青的聚合度和轻组分脱除制备的窄分子量分布的中间相沥青可纺性良好,经纺丝可制备高性能沥青基炭纤维。Raw pitch is the key to regulate the composition and structure of spinnable mesophase pitch.The refined coal pitch was used as raw material,and spinnable mesophase pitch with different raw material compositions and structures was prepared by controlling the pitch polymerization degree and light component removal.Polarizing microscopy,capillary rheometer,infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffractometer and Raman spectroscopy were used to analyze the property of mesophase pitch,and the cross-sectional structure of mesophase pitch-based carbon fiber was observed by SEM.The results showed that with the deepening of the polymerization degree,the mesophase content of the pitch increased,the yield gradually increased and the softening point increased.The pitch prepared under optimum conditions had 100%mesophase content,wide-area optical texture and high aromatization degree.The mesophase pitch with narrow molecular weight distribution prepared by controlling the pitch polymerization degree and removal of light components had good spinnability,and high-performance pitch-based carbon fiber could be prepared by spinning.
