摘　　要：简述了梗阳新能源制酸系统的工艺流程,分析了生产过程中所遇到的问题,通过实践探索高效运行方式,在设备与工艺方面进行了技改。生产运行表明,相关技术改造延长了装置的运行时间,提高了系统运行效率,延长了设备的使用寿命。The process flow of the acid production system of Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.was briefly described,the problems encountered during the production were analyzed,the efficient operation mode was explored through the practice,and the technical renovation was carried out with respect to equipment and process.The production operation showed that the relevant technical renovations prolonged the running time of the plant,improved the operating efficiency of the system,and extended the service life of the equipment.
