摘 要:为了提高山西梗阳新能源有限公司焦炉煤气制甲醇项目的产量,针对新鲜合成气中氢碳比高达2.87的现状,认为可通过调整氢碳比实现。介绍了焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺和补碳理论基础,分析了某公司20万t/a焦炉煤气制甲醇补碳试验数据和经济性,结合梗阳新能源实际情况,认为将外购液体CO_(2)汽化后补充到焦炉煤气中(采用前补碳工艺),是现有条件下增加甲醇产量的可行有效途径。To increase the methanol yield of the coke oven gas to methanol project of Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.,in view of the high hydrogen-to-carbon ratio of 2.87 in fresh syngas,it was believed that the yield increase could be achieved by adjusting the hydrogen-to-carbon ratio.The coke oven gas to methanol process and carbon supplement theoretical basis were introduced,and the carbon supplement test data and economics of the 200000 t/a coke oven gas to methanol project of a company were analyzed.Combined with the actual situation of Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.,it was concluded that vaporizing the externally purchased liquid CO_(2)and then adding it to the coke oven gas(using the pre-carbon supplement process)was a feasible and effective way to increase the methanol yield under the current condition.
