摘　　要：自动化、数字化、智能化近年来成为焦化行业的一种新应用。介绍了梗阳新能源焦炉自动化系统的组成,详细分析了焦炉机车自动运行及中控协调系统、焦炉上升管自动调节控制系统、焦炉自动测温及煤气自调节系统等子系统自动化配置和关键技术及企业智能化、数字化的应用现状、难点等。Automation,digitization and intelligentization have become a new application in the coking industry in recent years.The composition of the coke oven automation system in Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.was introduced,with detailed analysis on the automation configuration and key technologies of such subsystems as the coke oven locomotive automatic operation and central control coordination system,coke oven riser automatic adjustment control system,coke oven automatic temperature measurement and gas self-regulation system,and the analysis was also made on the application status and challenges of enterprise intelligentization and digitization.
