摘  要:为保证山西梗阳新能源有限公司冬季压缩空气与氮气的稳定供应,分析了水汽分厂空氮站干燥机和制氮机的运行现状及存在问题,并对干燥机和制氮机进行了改造,采取了更换1#~5#干燥机的吸附剂、更换1#~3#干燥机的阀门、增加1台仪表专用低露点零气耗鼓风热干燥机、更换1#制氮机等措施。改造后,冬季压缩空气与氮气能够实现稳定供应,5台干燥机每年可节约费用100.5万元,还可节约因仪表失效导致的检修费用。To ensure the stable supply of compressed air and nitrogen in winter in Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.,the operation status and existing problems of air nitrogen station dryers and nitrogen generators in the Water Vapor Branch were analyzed,and dryers and nitrogen generator were renovated,including such measures as replacing adsorbents of 1#-5#dryers,replacing valves of 1#-3#dryers,adding one blast heat dryer with low dew point and zero air consumption specially for instruments,and replacing 1#nitrogen generator.After the renovation,the compressed air and nitrogen could be supplied stably in winter,1.005 million yuan could be saved for five dryers every year,and the maintenance expenses caused by the instrument failure could also be saved.
