摘  要:针对太原梗阳实业集团麦地掌选煤厂重介系统存在的桶位抽空、溢流量过大、煤泥得不到分选等问题,进行了煤泥重介系统改造。通过新增煤泥重介旋流器入料桶、将原煤泥重介旋流器入料桶改为缓冲箱等措施,实现了煤泥重介旋流器入料桶液位可控,煤泥重介系统压力、密度稳定,使精煤卧脱灰分从11.68%降至10.95%,提高精煤产率0.113%,产品产值净增86.82万元。In response to the problems of bucket emptying,excessive overflow and inability to separate coal slurry in the heavy medium system of Maidizhang Coal Preparation Plant,Taiyuan Gengyang Industrial Group Co.,Ltd.,the coal slurry heavy medium system had been renovated.Through measures such as adding a coal slurry heavy medium cyclone(feeding bucket)and changing the original coal slurry heavy medium cyclone(feeding bucket)into a buffer box,the liquid level of the feeding bucket of the coal slurry heavy medium cyclone became controllable,and the pressure and density of the coal slurry heavy medium system was stabilized.The ash content of clean coal was reduced from 11.68%to 10.95%,the clean coal yield was increased by 0.113%,and resulted in a net increase of 868200 yuan in product output value.
