摘　　要：山西梗阳新能源有限公司焦炉煤气综合利用应急保障项目中使用的LG606/0.05-2.5无油喷液式二级螺杆压缩机在运行中出现了转子擦碰损伤、转子裂纹、干气密封磨损等问题,为此进行了故障分析和相应的改进,实现了螺杆机的长周期稳定运行。In the emergency support project for the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas in Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.,the use of LG606/0.05-2.5 oil-free liquid-injection two-stage screw compressor encountered such problems as the rotor abrasion damage,rotor crack and dry gas seal wear during the operation.For this reason,fault analysis and corresponding improvements had been carried out to achieve the long-term stable operation of the screw machine.
