摘  要:介绍了山西梗阳新能源炭材原料项目中已经运用的节能措施,即采用节能高效型JNX3-70-1顶装焦炉、干熄焦余热回收工艺、变频电机节能技术和初冷器上段余热利用技术等,使焦炭单位产品能耗逐渐降低,并达到先进值(115 kgce/t)。为进一步达到标杆值(110 kgce/t),梗阳新能源实施了焦炉荒煤气显热回收技术、250 t/h浓水深度处理项目和焦炉压浆防窜漏治理与焦炉加热计算机优化控制技术等。改造后,焦炭单位产品能耗达到标杆值,特别是在焦炉荒煤气显热回收技术改造完成后,焦炭单位产品能耗下降约6 kgce/t。The energy-saving measures that had been applied in the Carbon Raw Material Project of Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.were introduced,including the use of high energy-efficient JNX3-70-1 top-charging coke oven,waste heat recovery process of dry quenching,energy-saving technology of variable frequency motor and waste heat utilization technology of the upper section of the primary cooler,which gradually reduced the energy consumption per unit product of coke and reached an advanced value(115 kgce/t).To further achieve the benchmark value(110 kgce/t),several technologies were implemented in Shanxi Gengyang New Energy Co.,Ltd.,such as the sensible heat recovery of coke oven raw gas,deep treatment of 250 t/h concentrated water,anti-leakage treatment of coke oven grout and computer optimization control technology for coke oven heating.After the transformation,the energy consumption per unit product of coke reached the benchmark value.Especially after completing the renovation with coke oven raw gas sensible heat recovery technology,the energy consumption per unit product of coke decreased by about 6 kgce/t.
