摘 要:气瓶室内小孔泄漏危害较大且难以监测。本文对0.020 m^(3)一氧化碳气瓶的孔泄漏进行了理论及数值模拟研究,探究孔径大小对泄漏过程中泄漏速率、剩余压力等的影响及泄漏的影响范围。研究发现,孔径0.008 m的音速泄漏持续时间为孔径0.006 m的56.30%,初始泄漏率约为孔径0.006 m的1.78倍,孔径0.008 m的瓶中气体剩余质量始终小于孔径0.006 m;泄漏0.14 s时,音速泄漏区约延伸至瓶外直线距离0.26 m处,泄漏气体已在域内充分扩散形成回流,域内大部分区域温度已升至320.0 K。The aperture leakage inside the gas cylinder chamber poses significant risks and is difficult to monitor.This article conducts theoretical and numerical simulation research on the aperture leakage of a 0.020 m^(3) carbon monoxide gas cylinder,exploring the influence of pore size on the leakage rate,residual pressure,etc.during the leakage process.Results show that the aperture size has a significant impact on sonic leakage.The duration of sonic leakage with an aperture of 0.008 m is only 56.30%of that with an aperture of 0.006 m,and the initial leakage rate is about 1.78 times of that of a gas cylinder with an aperture of 0.006 m.The remaining mass of gas in a bottle with an aperture of 0.008 m is always less than the aperture of 0.006 m.When the leak lasted for 0.14 s,the sonic jet zone extended to a linear distance of 0.26 m outside the bottle,the jet gas had fully diffused and formed a reflux in the domain,and the temperature in most of the domain had risen to 320.0 K.
