压力容器质量保证体系与监督检验的耦合分析

摘  要:质量保证体系(简称质保体系)的有效运行是压力容器生产质量的保障,监督检验(简称监检)是在压力容器制造单位的质量检验合格基础上进行的过程监督。本文以T市为例,通过构建“质保体系-制造监检”的耦合协调模型,先分析了2个系统中各要素产生问题数量的变化趋势,然后构建企业质保体系与制造监检耦合评价指标体系,利用熵值法核算出2个系统的综合指数以及耦合协调度并对其进行分析。结果表明:随着持证时间变长,2个系统的耦合协调类型由严重失调转变为优质协调。质保体系和制造监检2个系统趋向相互独立,运行效率和稳定性变高。The effective operation of the quality assurance system is the guarantee of the production quality of pressure vessels,and the supervision and inspection are important means of supervising production quality.This article takes T city as an example and constructs a coupling coordination model of“quality assurance system-manufacturing supervision and inspection”.It first analyzes the trend of the number of problems generated by each element in the two systems,and then constructs a coupling evaluation index system of enterprise quality assurance system and manufacturing supervision and inspection.The entropy method is used to calculate the comprehensive index and coupling coordination degree of the two systems and analyze them.The final results indicate that as the license-holding time gets longer,the coupling coordination type of the two systems changes from severe imbalance to quality coordination.The two systems of quality assurance system and manufacturing supervision and inspection tend to be independent of each other,and the operation efficiency and stability become higher.
