摘　　要：本文详细阐述消防员电梯与消防电梯的名称来源与各自看似独立又相互交叉渗透的技术功能设置要求,从市场监管与建筑防火设计两方面剖析消防员电梯与消防电梯的功能、检验等要求异同点,为从事电梯检验与建筑设计人员明确这两类电梯的适用范围、设置条件以及检验要求提供一定参考,最后建议相关主管部门协同配合、理清关系将消防员电梯与消防电梯统一为一个名称、一种要求。This paper describes in detail the origin of the names of firefighters lift and fire lift and their seemingly independent yet mutually cross-penetrating technical function setting requirements.It analyzes the similarities and differences in functions,inspection requirements,etc.of firefighters lift and fire lift from the aspects of market supervision and building fire protection design,which provides some reference for elevator inspectors and building designers to clarify the application scope,setting conditions and inspection requirements of these two types of elevators.Finally,it is recommended that the relevant authorities work together and clarify the relationship to unify the firefighters lift and the fire lift into one name and one requirement.
