摘  要:为了减少或消除防爆电梯潜在的点燃危险源,应用故障树对防爆电梯危险源进行辨识研究。先对防爆电梯系统的结构构成和潜在危险源进行分析,掌握防爆电梯点燃危险源状况;建立防爆电梯危险源故障树结构,运用故障树定性和定量分析方法,得到轿厢门系统、导向系统和电气控制系统发生点燃危险相对较高;根据危险源辨识分析结果,提出防爆电梯重要点燃危险源的风险防范措施,以降低防爆电梯设计与使用风险。To reduce or eliminate the potential ignition sources in explosion-proof elevators,a fault tree analysis is applied to identify the hazards.Initially,the structural composition and potential dangers of the explosion-proof elevator system are analyzed to grasp the condition of ignition sources.A fault tree structure for the elevator hazards is established,and through qualitative and quantitative fault tree analysis methods,it is found that the door system,guidance system,and electrical control system have relatively higher risks of ignition.Based on the identification and analysis of the hazards,risk prevention measures for significant ignition sources in explosion-proof elevators are proposed to reduce the design and usage risks of explosion-proof elevators.
