摘  要:为了确保异步机电梯的安全使用,本文提出使用油液检测技术对异步机电梯减速箱油中的元素进行检测,通过分析不同使用时间的异步机电梯减速箱所取的油样中的Fe元素的含量,确定异步机电梯减速箱蜗轮蜗杆结构的磨损程度。油液检测技术可以有效地对异步机电梯蜗轮蜗杆结构的磨损程度进行评估,帮助检验机构及时提出维修保养意见,提高电梯使用过程中的安全性,为电梯的安全评估提供新思路。In order to ensure the safe use of the asynchronous elevator,this paper proposes to use the oil detection technology to detect the elements in the elevator reducer oil.By analyzing the content of iron elements in the oil samples of the elevator reducer with different use times,the wear degree of the worm gear structure of the elevator reducer is determined.The oil detection technology can effectively evaluate the wear degree of the worm gear structure of the elevator,help the inspection organization to put forward maintenance opinions in time,improve the safety of the elevator during use,and provide a new idea for the safety evaluation of the elevator.
