摘  要:本文对一起用螺旋焊管制作的蒸汽供热管线的爆管事故进行分析,着重探究爆破口呈现脆性断裂特征的原因,得出爆管为水击及爆破管段母材冲击韧性差共同导致,指出制造过程中材料验收环节存在的缺陷。建议用于公用管道等重要管道的螺旋焊管,在制造过程中应加强材料复验环节的控制,明确冲击试验的要求,同时建议GB/T700—2006《碳素结构钢》对冲击试样的取样方向进行修改。An analysis was conducted on the burst accident of a steam pipe in the heating network which was made of spiral welded pipes.Exploring the reasons for the brittle fracture characteristics of the explosion opening,the conclusion was drawn that the burst was caused by water hammer and poor impact toughness of the pipe material.The defects in the material acceptance process during the manufacturing process are pointed out.It is recommended to strengthen the control of material retesting during the manufacturing process of spiral welded pipes for important pipelines such as public pipelines,clarify the requirements for impact testing during material retesting.It is also recommended to modify the sampling direction of impact specimens in GB/T 700—2006 Carbon Structural Steels.
