摘　　要：介绍轮胎硫化蒸汽源压力实时监控系统的开发及应用。在入厂蒸汽管道上安装压力传感器,使用无线测控发送模块采集数据,通过无线测控接收终端与监控室工控机建立通讯链接,实时监控蒸汽压力值变化,实现高低压报警、压力曲线显示、低压自动存档记录和远程监控等功能。The development and application of a real-time monitoring system were introduced for steam source pressure of tire vulcanization.The pressure sensors were installed on the incoming steam pipelines,collecting data through wireless measurement and control transmission modules,establishing communication with the measurement and control receiving terminal and industrial control computer in the monitoring room,monitoring the changes in steam pressure values in real time,which could realize the functions such as high and low pressure alarms,pressure curve displays,and low-pressure automatic archiving and recording,and remote monitoring.
