摘 要:研究测试过程中负荷、充气压力和测试轮辋对轮胎侧偏特性的影响。结果表明:不同规格轮胎侧偏刚度均随负荷增大而增大,前期几乎呈线性变化,后期增大减缓;不同充气压力下轮胎侧偏刚度随负荷变化曲线存在交点,名义高宽比越小,出现交点的负荷越大;增大轮辋宽度时,轮胎刚性增大,名义高宽比越大,轮胎侧偏刚度增幅越大。因此应严格控制试验条件,保证试验数据的准确性和有效性。The effect of the vertical load,inflation pressure and test rim during the testing process on tire cornering characteristics was investigated.The results showed that the cornering stiffness of different specifications tires increased with the increase of vertical load,showing almost linear changes in the early stage and slowing down in the later stage.There were intersection points in the curve of tire cornering stiffness with vertical load variation under different inflation pressures,and the lower the nominal aspect ratio was,the greater the vertical load at the intersection point was.When increasing the width of the wheel rim,the tire rigidity increased,and the higher the nominal aspect ratio was,the greater the increase in tire cornering stiffness was.Therefore,the test conditions should be strictly controlled to ensure the accuracy and validity of test data.
