关于推动我国农药走出去的几点思考

摘　　要：本文概述了我国农药登记管理的最新基本情况,分析了当前我国农药走出去的国际形势,也对我国农药走出去进行了思考,提出了几点建议,主要包括抓住历史机遇,加强与贸易国合作交流,做好境内外登记和市场推广,研发高效安全的核心技术,打造良管、良药、良法及良械的我国品牌,积极参与国际标准制定,聚焦智慧农业科技创新,积极推动“一国一策”,加大专业复合型人才的培养,供相关方参考。This paper provides an overview of the latest basic situation regarding pesticide registration and management in China,analyzes the recent international situation and trend for Chinese pesticide exportation,and offers reflections on the strategy of“going global”for Chinese pesticides.Some suggestions are proposed,including seizing historical opportunity,strengthening cooperation and exchanging with trading countries,improving domestic and international registration and market promotion,developing efficient and safe core technologies,building a strong national brand with high-quality management,products,regulations,and equipment,actively participating in the formulation of international standards,focusing on agricultural science and technology innovation for smart farming,actively promoting the“one country,one policy”approach,and enhancing the fostering of professional and interdisciplinary talent.There recommendations are provided for reference by relevant stakeholders.
