摘  要:为满足基层检测人员开展韭菜中腐霉利快速检测需求,提高快检监管水平,确保检测结果准确可靠,本研究对目前市场常用的5种韭菜中腐霉利胶体金快速检测产品的检出率、假阳性率,假阴性率和稳定性等技术指标进行验证,同时将该方法与GB 23200.113-2018液相色谱法-串联质谱法进行比较,结果表明:5个品牌的快检产品有4个符合要求,其中有1个品牌的假阳率16.7%,灵敏度略高,与参比方法相比检测结果无显著性差异。通过对韭菜中腐霉利快检产品的质量分析与评价,可筛选出质量好,检测结果准确可靠的快检产品,为基层检测及监管部门开展快速检测提供技术支持。In order to meet the needs of grass-roots detection personnel for rapid detection of procymidone residues in leeks,improve rapid detection and supervision level,and ensure accurate and reliable detection results,this study validated the detection rate,false positive rate,false negative rate and stability of five commonly used colloid gold rapid detection products for procymidone in leeks products The method was also compared with the method of GB 23200.113-2018 liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The results showed that four of the five brands met the requirements,with one brand exhibiting a false positive rate of 16.7% and slightly higher sensitivity.There was no significant difference in detection results compared to the reference methods.Through the analysis and evaluation of the quality for procymidone in leeks,reliable and accurate products were identified,providing technical support for rapid detection by grass-roots inspection and supervision departments.
