摘 要:建立了用气相色谱-质谱法测定阿维菌素乳油中农药隐性成分的定性和定量分析方法。使用EI离子源和SH-I-5 Sil色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),设定程序升温,以全扫描(SCAN)的方式进行定性分析,选择离子扫描(SIM)的方式进行定量分析。结果显示5%阿维菌素乳油中定性分析质谱库检索出甲氰菊酯,相似度达到90%;甲氰菊酯定量分析的线性相关系数为0.999,标准偏差为0.06,添加回收率介于99.51%~101.00%之间,且添加回收率的T检验无显著性差异。该方法具有匹配度高、分析速度快、精密度好、准确度高和线性关系好的优点,是一种农药分析人员首选的检测方法。A GC-MS method was established for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of hidden pesticide components s in abamectin emulsifiable concentrate(EC).Using EI ion source and SH-I-5 Sil column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),the qualitative analysis was performed in full scanning(SCAN)mode,while quantitative analysis utilized selected ion scanning(SIM)with a programmed temperature increase.The result of qualitative analysis at 5% abamectin EC showed that fenpropathrin was identified with a similarity of 90% in the mass spectral library.The quantitative analysis of fenpropathrin displayed a linear correlation coefficient of 0.999,a standard deviation of 0.06,and a spiked recovery rate between 99.51% to 101.00%.T-tests of recovery rates showed no significant differences.This method offers high matching degree,rapid analysis,good precision,high accuracy and good linear relationship,making it the preferred detection method for pesticide analysts.
