摘　　要：在预防、医疗相互渗透且融为一体的医防融合服务模式下,公共卫生医师的发展面临困境,对此应为公共卫生医师享有处方权提供法律政策支持,均衡“医疗”与“预防”两大领域的资源配置,同时加强公共卫生医师的人才队伍建设,以实现由“治病”为中心向“健康”为中心的转变。Under the integrated service model of prevention and treatment,public health physicians are being faced with difficulties in their development.In this regard,legal and policy support should be provided for public health physicians to enjoy the right of prescription,balance the allocation of resources in the fields of"medical treatment"and"prevention",and strengthen the construction of the talent team of public health physicians,so as to realize the transformation from"treatment-orientation"to"health-orientation".
