摘　　要：苍术是临床常用中药,野生资源匮乏,目前多为人工种植。其种植模式主要分为大田单作和生态种植,生态种植主要包括粮药间套作、荒坡地种植、林下种植。从经济效益、活性成分含量、生态效益和社会效益4个方面对不同种植模式进行比较发现,与大田单作比较,苍术-玉米间作、荒坡地种植和林下种植的苍术中苍术醇、β-桉叶醇、苍术酮、苍术素含量之和分别提高了94%、59%、93%,投入产出比分别降低至0.36、0.44、0.33;采用生态种植模式的苍术药材品质好、经济效益高、综合优势突出。Atractylodis Rhizoma,the dried rhizome of Atractylodes lancea,is a Chinese herbal medicine commonly used in clinical practice.Because of the scarce wild resources,artificial planting is widely adopted in the production of this medicine.The planting modes of this plant include field monoculture and ecological planting,and the latter includes grain-medicine intercropping,barren slope planting,and understory planting.The different planting patterns were compared from four aspects of economic benefit,active ingredient content,ecological benefit,and social benefit.The results showed that compared with monoculture,A.lancea-maize intercropping,barren slope planting,and understory planting increased the total content of hinesol,β-eudesmol,atractylon,and atractylodin in Atractylodis Rhizoma by 94%,59%,and 93%,while the input-output ratio decreased to 0.36,0.44,and 0.33,respectively.The Atractylodis Rhizoma produced by ecological planting has good quality,high economic benefits,and outstanding comprehensive advantages.
