“十九畏”中丁香-郁金配伍宜忌条件的现代文献回顾性研究

摘　　要：丁香-郁金配伍是中药“十九畏”的内容之一,属传统配伍禁忌范畴。采用文献研究的方法,分析丁香-郁金同用的现代临床文献,提取文献中临床病案资料,通过古今医案云平台建立病案库,进行统计分析与数据挖掘,同时探讨两者配伍的宜忌条件,总结其配伍规律,为临床应用提供参考。筛选所得的41篇文献中提取得到49则医案,涉及药物164味。丁香-郁金同方主治病症主要有呃逆、胃脘痛、腹痛、腹胀等;组方常配伍党参、甘草、柿蒂、陈皮等;配伍时,丁香常用剂量为2~12 g,郁金常用剂量为6~20 g,超量使用可能引发不良反应,提示丁香-郁金并非绝对的配伍禁忌。The combination of Caryophylli Flos and Curcumae Radix is one of the contents of the"Nineteen Mutual Inhibitions"of Chinese medicine,which belongs to the category of traditional incompatibility.This paper adopted a literature research method to analyze modern clinical literature on the concurrent use of Caryophylli Flos and Curcumae Radix,extracting clinical case data from the literature.A case database was established through the Ancient and Modern Medical Cases Cloud Platform,followed by statistical analysis and data mining.The study also explored the appropriate conditions for their compatibility and summarized the patterns of their combination,providing a reference for clinical application.A total of 41 papers were selected,from which 49 medical cases involving 164 drugs were extracted.The main diseases treated by the Caryophylli Flos and Curcumae Radix combination include hiccup,epigastric pain,abdominal pain,and abdominal distension.The formulation is often combined with Codonopsis Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Kaki Calyx,and Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.In terms of dosage,the common dose of Caryophylli Flos is 2-12 g,and the common dose of Curcumae Radix is 6-20 g.Excessive use may cause adverse reactions.This study suggests that the combination of Caryophylli Flos and Curcumae Radix is not an absolute incompatibility.
