摘 要:罂粟科博落回属(Macleaya R.Br.)包括博落回M.cordata(Willd.)R.Br.和小果博落回M.microcarpa(Maxim.)Fedde 2种药用植物,皆含有生物碱、挥发油、苯丙素、萜、甾体等类的次生代谢产物,具有广泛的药理活性。其中对生物碱类成分的研究与应用较为集中,可用于抗病毒、抗肿瘤、增强免疫力等医药领域,也可用于抗菌、抗炎、杀虫等农药、兽药领域。生物碱类成分是博落回属植物质量控制的常用标志物,对该类成分的常用分析方法为紫外-可见分光光度法、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法等。对近15年(2009—2023年)在博落回属药用植物化学成分、药理活性及质量控制方法领域的研究进展进行综述,以期为博落回属药用植物的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Macleaya R.Br.of Papaveriaceae includes two medicinal plants:M.cordata(Wild.)R.Br.and M.microcarpa(Maxim.)Fedde.They contain abundant types of secondary metabolites such as alkaloids,volatile oils,phenylpropanoids,terpenes,and steroids and have a wide range of pharmacological activities.The research and application of alkaloid components are more concentrated,and they can be used in the pharmaceutical field for antiviral,anti-tumor,and immune enhancement and in the field of pesticides and veterinary drugs for antimicrobial effects,anti-inflammatory effects,and insecticides.Alkaloid components are often used as markers in the quality control methods of these plants.Commonly used analysis methods include ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry,thin-layer chromatography(TLC),and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The research progress in the field of chemical composition,pharmacological activity,and quality control methods of medicinal plant Macleaya R.Br.in the past 15 years(2009-2023)was reviewed,so as to provide a reference for the in-depth research,development,and utilization of medicinal plant Macleaya R.Br..
