摘　　要：文化新质生产力是新质生产力在文化领域的新质态,根植于马克思主义生产力理论中国化时代化的实践,内嵌于高质量发展的目标体系,揭示了中国式现代化的文化发展基本路径,彰显了新质生产力的人文关怀。与文化生产力相比,文化新质生产力具有生产要素的革新化、生产工具的智能化、劳动对象的无形化、生产模式的融合化、劳动性质的多元化、市场形态的数字化等六大特征。文化新质生产力的发展需以新型文化人才、核心技术群、可转化的文化资源和文化金融这四大要素为核心,以传统文化产业升级和数字文化业态构成的新质文化产业、以数字文化生产力为代表的新动能、“多要素”+“多产业”+“多平台”的深度融合新模式、以创新性和技术性为主导的新消费这四大新质板块为依托,并通过人才培养、科技创新、优化生产关系这三大关键环节,共同促进文化高质量发展,为建设文化强国提供动力。The new quality productive forces emerge in culture sector,which is deeply rooted in the practice of the sinicization and modernization of Marxist productive force theory.Embedded within the target system of high-quality development,these forces reveal the fundamental path of cultural modernization with Chinese characteristics and highlight the humanistic care.Compared to traditional cultural productive forces,it exhibits six major characteristics:innovation in production factors,intelligence in production tools,intangibility in labor objects,integration in production models,diversification in labor nature,and digitalization in market forms.The development of the new quality forces in cultural sector is driven by four core elements:new types of cultural talent,core technology clusters,convertible cultural resources,and cultural finance.This evolution is supported by four new quality sectors:the upgrade of traditional cultural industries,the composition of new quality cultural industries in digital culture,the new impetus of digital and urban cultural productive forces,innovative integration across multiple elements,industries,and platforms,and new consumption led by innovation and technology.Through talent cultivation,scientific and technological innovation,and the optimization of production relations,these new productive forces promote high-quality cultural development,providing momentum for building a culturally strong nation.
