摘　　要：目的探究308准分子激光疗法对白癜风病人黑色素水平的影响。方法选择2023年1月—2024年3月市级疾控中心皮肤科收治的100例白癜风患者,随机将其分为研究组和对照组。研究组(n=50)采用308准分子激光疗法,对照组(n=50)采用常规疗法。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组有效率比对照组高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组α-黑色素细胞刺激素高于对照组,而白介素-2与细胞间黏附分子-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组美观度优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组副作用发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论对于白癜风患者,采用308准分子激光疗法具有显著效果,能够有效调节黑色素水平,提升皮肤美观度,并且伴随的副作用较少。Objective To study the effect of 308 excimer laser therapy on vitiligo.Methods The paper chose 100 vitiligo patients in dermatology department of CDC in our city from January 2023 to March 2024,and divided them into the study group and the control group randomly.The study group(n=50)was treated with 308 excimer laser therapy,while the control group(n=50)with routine therapy.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,level of alpha melanocyte stimulating hormone in the study group was higher than the control group,while levels of interleukin-2 and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 were lower than the the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of aesthetics in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Incidence of side effect in the study group was lower than the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion 308 excimer laser therapy can achieve significant effect for vitiligo patients,can regulate melanin levels,improve aesthetics of skin,which has few side effect.
